Privacy Notice

The Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand (RSAT) protects the personal data of service users in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

Data we collect

Nickname or alias, phone number, services, branch, appointment date and time, age and mental health screening answers (mental health service only), the link you came from, and your device/browser type.

Why we use it

To schedule appointments, contact you to confirm, provide testing and counselling services, and produce anonymous overall statistics to improve our services.

Who can see it

Only RSAT staff involved in providing your service. We never sell your data or share it with outside parties unless required by law.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to provide services and as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by contacting the branch you booked with. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot provide some services.
